練習お休み ( 泣 ) 。
明日はWAVE練習だ(^-^)なんて、目覚ましをAM9:00にセットして寝る。
目覚ましがなり朝起きる・・・起き・・・起・・
起きれないぞ??
目が回る(@_@;)フラフラフラフラ
あ-!!!!風邪ひいた(泣)
もう一度寝て自分にいい聞かせる・・・
「あたしは風邪じゃない、これは夢だ、夢。目が覚めたら元気なはず・・・」
さぁ!起き上がれ!!!
・・・・ない(οдО;)ホンモノだ。
朝から桜花に電話して、
「今日の練習お願いね、お休みします(泣)」
と練習お休みする事に。
情けない。調整不足だ。
みんな練習に来てくれるのに(。_。)ゴメン
フラフラしながら病院へ。
インフルエンザはセーフ。危ない危ない。
それから一眠りしたらすっかりよくなりました(^^)v鼻水も咳も出ないんですけどねぇ。
熱でても節々痛くないんですよ。試合の後の身体の痛さのみです。
今週実家に帰らなくてはいけないので甥っ子達に移したら大変です!!
治さなくては。
しかし、もう治ったようす・・・朝のフラフラはなんだったんでしょう(・・?)
この歳になって「練習嫌々病」でしょうか(苦笑)
若手の頃は朝になると具合が悪くなる「練習嫌々病」にかかりました(笑)
まあ、そんなんで休めるような甘いもんじゃありませんでしたけどね(^^ゞ
練習遅れるのが嫌で休みませんでしたから。
お休みの日に具合悪くなるのはかまいませんけどね。お仕事なのに具合悪くなるのは調整不足です。
反省ですm(__)m
さてと・・・お腹すいた(´ω｀)モフ
